Founder

Tyler Desousa

Tyler founded Premier Management with a simple goal: to raise the standard of property management in Connecticut. As a licensed Connecticut real estate agent, property manager, and entrepreneur, he is involved in every aspect of the business—from working directly with property owners and tenants to overseeing renovations, maintenance, and daily operations. Tyler is passionate about building long-term relationships, protecting his clients' investments, and creating clean, well-maintained homes that people are proud to live in.

Ben Weinberg

With over eight years of experience in real estate, Ben brings extensive industry knowledge and a proven track record to Premier Management. He founded LC Leasing, where he helps lease more than 500 rental units each month, and has been involved in over $100 million in real estate transactions throughout his career. Ben is passionate about connecting great tenants with great homes while providing property owners with responsive communication, expert guidance, and a leasing process that delivers results.
